Since our last update to you, we have seen further significant developments in the COVID-19 situation from which the most important was last evening’s lockdown information provided by the Government.

We would like to reassure you that we are maintaining business as usual with our Managed IT Services. Whether you are working in the office or remotely, our service remains the same – we are still one phone call or email away.

We continue to focus on minimising the risk to our customers, colleagues and other strategic partners while making sure we deliver you with the Managed IT service you and your business need during these uncharted waters.

 

As per my previous message, you can do the following to help us help you:

      • Ensuring that unneeded site visits are avoided – our team can deal with most issues remotely.

      • Enabling any visiting soVision IT staff easy access to any hand washing facilities when they are on your site.

      • Ensuring that good hygiene standards are maintained by your staff in accordance with Government recommendations.

      • Keeping updated on the latest Government guidance.

     

    In some circumstances site visits might still be required in case of emergency, therefore in order to keep you and ourselves safe, our Managed IT Services team will ask you some specific questions regarding potential exposure – we appreciate your full understanding and cooperation.

    We will continue to closely monitor the Government’s advice as the COVID-19 situation develops and will keep you updated on any changes that might occur in our business.
