soVision IT Continues to Support the Local Charity, Time is Precious
After last year’s success, Managed IT Services company soVision IT continues to support the local charity Time is Precious by collecting gifts for seriously ill children and their carers.

The collection points at our Managed IT Services offices in Midsomer Norton and Keynsham are open now until 15th of December and hopefully with your help we will overcome last year’s high number of children’s toys and gifts. In addition, Time is Precious is also keen to receive toiletries and consumables to give to parents and carers that will be spending time in hospital over Christmas.
What is Time is Precious?
Time is Precious is a voluntary run charity set up by Neil and Nicky Halford in 2011 in memory of their son Ben that sadly died from cancer in 2010. He was cared for at Bristol Children’s Hospital, Frenchay and RUH children’s ward for almost four years!
The aim of the charity is to help create a more comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for children and their families. The charity works alongside specialists to purchase equipment and refurbish areas to support not just those children who because of illness or disability find themselves in hospital for treatment, but also their families who want to be with them because time is just that precious.
When you’re doing your Christmas shopping this year, please consider adding an extra item to your shopping basket and bringing it along to one of our offices in Midsomer Norton or Keynsham so we can help together Time is Precious with their fantastic work.

Over the years, Managed IT Services Business, soVision IT has supported so many great causes including directors taking part in the ice bucket challenge and running the Cotswold way (106) miles end to end. We have also been involved in running the Bristol and Bath Half Marathons, planted trees to offset carbon emissions and raising money for the well-known charity Time is Precious.
